ECUMENICAL WOMEN’S INITIATIVE 19th PUBLIC CALL TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR PROJECT / ORGANISATIONAL SUPPORT GRANTS

The global pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus has changed the daily lives of all of us and has significantly affected the financial stability of civil society organisations.

Therefore, the Ecumenical Women’s Initiative, bearing in mind the challenges faced by many women activists, has decided this year to increase the amount of funding available and adapt the criteria within this Public Call:

 

  1. ORGANISATIONAL SUPPORT

Objective: Ensure continuity and stability in the work of grassroots women’s organisations.

Who can apply? Civil society organisations that have so far received at least one EWI grant.

Individual grant amount: HRK 30,000 / EUR 4,000

  1. PROJECT SUPPORT

Objective: Develop structured responses to the challenges faced by women, in line with EWI areas of interest.

Who can apply? Grassroots civil society organisations, girl’s groups and theologians operating in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Northern Macedonia or Serbia.

Grant amount:

  • Grant type 1: up to HRK 30,000 / EUR 4,000
  • Grant type 2: up to HRK 52,500 / EUR 7,000
  • Grant type 3: up to HRK 105,000 / EUR 14,000

Civil society organisations / theologians may only apply for one grant type.

TOTAL AMOUNT OF FUNDS ALLOCATED: HRK 1,125,000 / EUR 150,000

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS: October 6.10.2020, by 15.00.
