GUIDELINES TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR A TRAVEL GRANT
The Ecumenical Women’s Initiative is awarding ten travel grants for study visits to support networking and capacity building opportunities for our partner organisations within EWI’s informal network. The goal of the study visit programme is to support grassroots organisations to work together on local, national and/or regional levels.
Who can apply?
Civil society organisations who have received at least one grant from EWI and have successfully completed all of their obligations as stated in their contract.
Who can be visited?
Civil society organisations and institutions registered in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia (EWI geographical region).
Maximum amount to be awarded per grant: 1.500,00 EUR / 11.000,00 HRK
Number of grants to be awarded: 10
Study visit implementation period: 1.9.2018. – 1.11.2018.
EWI covers the costs of travel, room and board in a 3-star hotel. For organisations registered in Croatia amounts must be indicated in HRK, for other organisations in EUR.
Project forms must be completed in full and can be downloaded from http://www.eiz.hr .
NB. Should your project be approved, your financial report must be compiled and verified either by a person employed as a bookkeeper in your organisation or by an external bookkeeping firm with which your organisation has a signed contract and is certified to perform accounting services. If the organisation does not have its own bookkeeping procedures, it should enter into a contract with an external bookkeeping firm and included these costs in the budget.
